Policy Processing Clerk jobs in Cedar Rapids, IA

Description :

• Index and assit processing brokerage paperwork
• Help open new accounts, 401K adjustments, update licensing, beneficiaries, investment, and retirement accounts
• Must be comfortable with customer service - will have to work with customers directly with these
• Act as primary contact for troubleshooting issues

Additional Skills & Qualifications :

• Customer sevice experience required
• Financial services experience preferred
• Multi-tasking and using multiple computer systems required
