Policy Processing Clerk modifies, updates, and processes existing insurance policies and claims to reflect any change in beneficiary, amount of coverage, or type of insurance. Evaluates information from application for policy reinstatement for completeness and accuracy. Being a Policy Processing Clerk may approve policy if all criteria's are met. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Additionally, Policy Processing Clerk typically reports to a supervisor. The Policy Processing Clerk possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. SHIFT HOURS: Monday through Friday 5:00pm-1:30am
STARTING HOURLY RATE: $17.50 with the potential of increasing to $17.80 after 90 days
