Policy Processing Clerk modifies, updates, and processes existing insurance policies and claims to reflect any change in beneficiary, amount of coverage, or type of insurance. Evaluates information from application for policy reinstatement for completeness and accuracy. Being a Policy Processing Clerk may approve policy if all criteria's are met. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Additionally, Policy Processing Clerk typically reports to a supervisor. The Policy Processing Clerk possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area.     What will you do in this job?

    • Sort, grade and price donated products using store guidelines and computer generated ticketing software
    • Stock the retail sales floor with product
    • Assist with store cleaning
    • Work as part of a team who is responsible for meeting daily product goals
    • Help unload and load the merchandise truck
    • Stock and merchandise the sales floor
    • Help customers to find products they are seeking as needed

    Compensation and Benefits for Full-Time Work:

    Starting rate: $17.50 per hour followed by eligibility for annual performance-based increases with maximum pay of $20.79 per hour. Highest pay as a result of ongoing good performance and years of service.

    • Eight hours of floating holiday annually, available for use after 90 days of employment.

    • If 18 years or older, eligibility to participate in a Retirement Savings Plan (401k or Roth IRA) at the entry dates (January 1st or July 1st). Enrollment eligibility following one year of service and have worked 1,000 hours in the first year or any calendar year thereafter, or 500-1000 hours each year for three consecutive years.

    Days and hours are dependent on business needs. Please be aware that the needs of our business include evening and weekend work.
