  • Duties

    • Conducts specified aptitude examination sessions ranging in size from 1 to 40 person (enlistment tests), and 1 to 250 persons (student tests).
    • Instruct applicants on testing procedures and starts, observes, times, and ends the test or test segment as directed.
    • Utilize computer systems and software to administer computer-based enlistment and student aptitude tests.
    • Responsible for the security and accountability of student test booklets, at home, during transport, and at the testing location.

    General Experience: One year of general experience. General experience is progressively responsible clerical, office, or other work that indicates ability to acquire the particular knowledge and skills needed to perform the duties of the position to be filled, such as, 1) providing customer service to a variety of individuals; 2) utilizes a variety of office automation resources to complete tasks; and 3) properly maintains work materials.

    Education: Two years of education above the high school level obtained in an accredited business, secretarial or technical school, junior college, college or university.

    OR

    Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide your semester hours of by 60. Add the two percentages.
