Evaluates information from application for policy reinstatement for completeness and accuracy. Being a Policy Processing Clerk may approve policy if all criteria's are met. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Additionally, Policy Processing Clerk typically reports to a supervisor. The Policy Processing Clerk possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area.     Job Duties:

    • Act as a primary point of contact and provide support to employees
    • Foster positive employee relations by addressing employee inquiries, concerns, and providing guidance on policies and procedures.
    • Mediate and resolve conflicts, promoting a harmonious work environment.
    • Assist with employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth integration process.
    • Assist with exit interviews and provide feedback to management for continuous improvement.
    • Collaborates with Regional HR Administration team and location hiring managers on hiring needs, understand locations facilities and helps determine strategies for open roles.
    • Conduct full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of qualified candidates.
    • Utilize various recruitment channels, both traditional and digital, to attract diverse talent.
    • Maintain applicant tracking system and ensure data accuracy.
    • Develop and nurture relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and professional networks.
    • Develops relationships with community resources and local schools to positively represent employment brand and source hourly manufacturing pipeline.
    • Coordinate and participate in job fairs, career events, and other recruitment initiatives.
    • Serve as a language resource for bilingual employees, providing translation and interpretation services as needed.
    • Translate HR policies, procedures, and other documents to ensure clarity and accessibility for all employees.
    • Conduct bilingual training sessions to enhance language skills and cross-cultural awareness.
    • Prepare reports on recruitment metrics, employee engagement, and other relevant HR data.
    • Stay updated on employment laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance in all activities.
    • Assist in maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases.

    ·         Office and manufacturing environments

     

    Physical Requirements:

    ·         Sitting frequently.

    ·         Carrying/Lifting 10 - 40 Pounds rarely.

    ·         Standing / Walking / Climbing.

     

    Experience & Qualifications:

    • Associated degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 3 years HR Experience
    • Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines (i.e. employee relations, performance management,
    • Bilingual in Spanish required.
    • Proven experience in employee relations and recruitment.
    • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively address employee needs.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
    • Ability to travel up to 60% as needed, to work with employees at various locations
    • Experience working in a multi-location environment is a plus.
    • Ability to communicate with employees at all levels of the organization.
