Meat Clerk
Purpose
The Meat Clerk is an entry-level position reporting directly to the market manager and may take direction from store manager and assistant store managers and shift leaders. This position is responsible for duties such as, but not limited to, product rotation, fill and maintain meat cases, proper cleanup of meat market and monitoring perishables. The Meat Clerk provides excellent customer service and assists in maintaining excellent store conditions.
