The Policy Processing Clerk possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Job Description• Review all incoming appraisals from internal and external sources to ensure that reports are completed in an accurate and high quality manner. Ensure all reports meet USPAP and Lender Requirements.• Identify the appraisals that do not conform to the above requirements and work with the appraiser to ensure that the report is corrected and returned• Call Borrowers & Appraisers and help set Property Inspection appointments at the earliestQualifications• High School Diploma is required.• Minimum of 3-5 years of Appraisal review experience.• Experienced and proficient in reviewing residential appraisal reports.• Must be able to employ proper application of valuation techniques and methodologies.• Must be able to work in a high volume production environment and meet deadlines.• Good telephonic etiquettes.• Self prioritize tasks & work towards the same.• Perform other related duties as assigned or directed by the managementAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
