Kinikin Craft Butchers and Processing is a renowned name in the meat industry, known for our commitment to quality, sustainability, and exceptional customer service. We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a Wholesale Meat Packer and Driver.

Position Overview: This role is a vital part of our wholesale operations, responsible for efficiently and safely delivering orders to our valued clients while also ensuring our products are expertly packed for shipment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for precision, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to upholding our standards of excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Drive company vehicles to deliver wholesale meat orders to various clients within scheduled timelines.
• Load and unload products, ensuring accuracy and care in handling.
• Maintain delivery logs, invoices, and other necessary documentation.
• Communicate effectively with clients and the internal team to ensure smooth delivery processes.
• Assist in the packing and preparation of whole meats for wholesale orders.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while driving and working in the processing area.
• Perform regular vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in delivery driving and/or wholesale distribution preferred.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of meat processing and handling is a plus.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Flexibility with scheduling, as some early mornings and occasional weekends may be required.

Schedule:

• 30 hours per week driving wholesale orders, 10 hours per week dedicated to whole meat packing.
