Overview:
The Policy and Development Analyst creates policies and procedures for Taylors’ International Services to support the company's mission. The Policy and Development Analyst is responsible for the management, maintenance, and creation of company policies, procedures, and processes. Developing technical documents to support employees in the performance of their duties. Developing training programs to educate personnel on company policies, procedures, and processes. Implementing and developing key performance indicators, and metrics that can be used to analyze system performance ( ISO and Lean Six Sigma). Utilize data analytics to develop presentations and reports for executive management to use to determine the effectiveness of our processes and programs. Must be able to develop presentations that can be presented to internal and external stakeholders that are professional and easily interpreted. Be able to develop and formulate strategies for continuous improvements at domestic and international locations based on customer needs data analysis and or management direction. The Policy Review Analyst/Developer will serve as the document controller for the company. This position may work with contract personnel and or temporary staff to complete assignments. Discretion, independent judgment, and confidentiality in the performance of job duties is an essential part of this role. This role requires someone who is adaptable to new challenges and is solution-oriented and willing to learn skills specifically related to the company's operational requirements.

· Writes and edits technical documents including reference manuals and product manuals.
· Writes, interprets, and edits procedural documentation such as user guides and manuals.
· Determines the type of publication that will best serve the project requirements.
· Meets with field personnel, engineers, programmers, and project managers to learn about specific products or processes.
· Researches product samples to fully understand the product and determine specifications that match requirements.
· Assesses the audience needs for whom the technical and procedural documentation is intended; adjusts tone and technical terms used to meet those needs and to ensure understanding.
· Plans writing processes and sets timelines and deadlines.
· Creates or works with graphic designers to create diagrams, charts, and other visual aids to assist readers in understanding a product or process.
· Gathers feedback from customers, designers, and manufacturers to improve technical documents.
· Develop forms, checklists, and spreadsheets as required.
· Performs other related duties as assigned.
· Reads and interprets regulations and standards to develop compliance doctrine for the organization.
