We are currently seeking a Core Processing Clerk to join our team. This role involves unloading, sorting, and scanning core returns and defective merchandise from our customers.

    Responsibilities

    - Unload and stage core return and defective merchandise from customers
    - Sort and scan core return and defective merchandise
    - Complete all paperwork associated with core procedures
    - Create copies of credits and distribute as directed
    - Stock and pick parts
    - Perform other duties as assigned by management

    Qualifications

    - High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
    - 6 months of prior work experience
    - Forklift certified
    - Knowledge of using pallet jack or two-way radio
    - Ability to communicate and work well with other departments
    - Able to read and write legibly
    - Detail-oriented
    - Proficient in the use of the AS400 Computer system and terminal
    - Proficient in the use of the JD Edwards system
    - Strong desire to learn
    - Organized and self-motivated
    - Excellent attendance record
    - Complies with all safety requirements
    - Maintains a clean and orderly work area
    - Visually capable of recognizing and distinguishing letters and numbers
    - Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively
    - Ability to work on feet for the entire assigned work shift
    - Able to lift up to 60 lbs. and push or pull up to 300 lbs. with assistance
    - Ability to repeatedly bend or stoop to floor level shelves
    - Ability to move heavy equipment using appropriate aids
