```Duties:```

- Prepare and cut meat products according to customer specifications

- Ensure proper handling, storage, and rotation of meat products

- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the butcher area

- Operate and maintain butcher equipment and tools

- Follow food safety guidelines and regulations during all stages of meat preparation

- Collaborate with other cut staff to ensure efficient operations

```Qualifications:```

- Previous experience breaking carcasses in meat processing facility

- Strong knowledge of meat cutting techniques and butchery practices

- Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures

- Able to manage small crew of meat cutters and packagers

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Attention to detail to ensure accurate portioning and packaging of meat products

- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
