POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you are responsible for the entire recruitment life-cycle. You will manage inbound and outbound telephone calls with potential candidates.
You will complete phone interviews, schedule on-site interviews, process on-site interviews, track the hiring process within our system, and assist with the development of new recruiting processes and tools.
You will complete data entry in our employee data base and manage personnel filing along with other duties.

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit / stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
