About the Concourse Club 

• Year round Rooftop Lounge atop of the Element by Westin Hotel, Wood-Ridge NJ
• Handcrafted cocktails and locally crafted brews, alongside creative small plates
• Private, catered events; serving parties from 10 to 100 guests

Our Floor Manager will:

• Report to the Restaurant General Manager to create a successful operation of the rooftop 
• Collaboratively lead a team of rooftop teammates
• Lead shifts in our stylish bar and outdoor rooftop
• Collaborate with the Hotel Management team to provide a seamless and unified guest experience
• Create and execute promotional events in partnership with Marketing, PR, and hotel managers
• Establish local business partnerships, collaborating with the Hotel Director of Sales as needed
• Additional responsibilities as required

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years as an Assistant General Manager, Floor /Front of the House Manager, Service Manager, or Bar Manager in a full-service restaurant with bar, with $2M volume, Required
• Promotional experience, and experience servicing social catering events, Preferred
• Comfortable working in an emerging-growth company environment
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
• An impressive work-ethic
• Highly collaborative nature
• Must have a great personality, desire to serve guests, and enjoy working as part of a team
• Must be able to multi-task
• Up-beat, engaging, and professional
