Eastpointe Country Club, located in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, and managed by Bobby Jones Links, is hiring for a Pool Manager. Eastpointe is an elite private club with exceptional experiences and superb amenities, including two Audubon-certified Tom Fazio golf courses, dining, tennis, pickleball, and fitness, all of which provide a diverse year-round social calendar of fun. Eastpointe’s original clubhouse, situated on the signature 18th hole of the East Course, was recently joined by a second, The Pointe, a $12 million lifestyle amenity with a large aquatic center, state-of-the-art fitness center, and stylish fine dining and entertainment.

Responsibilities of the Pool Manager at Eastpointe Country Club include:

• Enforces all pool and hot tub rules that include, but are not limited to no kids in the adult pool or hot tub, no food at lounge chairs, no footballs, no loud music
• Keeps tables, lounge chairs, and umbrellas organized, clean, and free of debris
• Monitors pool and surrounding area for general maintenance and assigns necessary clean up duties to staff
• Assists food and beverage team with bussing of outside dining tables and food deliveries as needed
• Maintains pool cleanliness, safety, and member satisfaction
• Instills attention to safety among pool members and guests
• Administers First Aid, CPR, and other emergency and safety procedures, as required

Work days for this position are Wednesday through Sunday and hours vary based on the season.

• Lift up to 25 lbs. regularly; up to 50 lbs. occasionally and to lift overhead and push/pull, move lighter objects.
