General Summary:

As a Pool Supervisor, you are responsible for the supervision of the service and lifeguard teams and creating a custom member experience by delivering engaging, happy and upbeat hospitality.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Supervisor Responsibilities
  • Supervise pool service team, lifeguard team, and pool members.
  • Lead the team in creating a great service experience by being attentive and timely in members needs for service and respond quickly to member needs.
• Primary Duties
  • Ensure cleanliness, setting-up and safety of all areas and facilities and attend to the needs of our members, their families and guests.
  • Responsible for opening/closing the pool area, managing lifeguards.
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the pool area and other workstations.
  • Comply with all safety and health department procedures and state and federal liquor laws.

Skills and Abilities Required:

• Willingness to learn and adapt to varied and added responsibilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven and goal-oriented with a priority on teamwork

Certification/Education and Experience:

• Lifeguard Certificate preferred
• First Aid and CPR/AED certification required.

Working Condition:

• There is a potential for stressful situations and for long hours including evenings and weekends shifts.
• Occasionally work in a hot, humid, and noisy environment.
• This position will be a seasonal position from May 15, 2024 through August 15, 2024.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to be able to remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time.
• Adjusting or moving objects up to 40 pounds in all directions.

Pay Rate will be contingent on experience.
