Pool Managers are expected to maintain vigilance to prevent facility emergencies and ensure guests remain safe at all times. Pool managers can also be found:
Directly overseeing the lifeguards on duty, reviewing facility rules, and aiding the staff with enforcing them.
Assigning, posting, and rotating lifeguard staff at the appropriate stations throughout the facility.
Monitoring water chemistry
Maintaining cleanliness of the facility

To be a Pool Manager, you must:
Be a minimum of 16 years old
Have or obtain Lifeguarding, CPR/AED and First Aid, and Pool Operator certifications.
Physical requirements may include: Sitting, Standing, and Walking. Carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 40 lbs.
