Duties:
- Manage all aspects of pool operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and training
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary pool environment
- Maintain accurate records of revenue and expenses
- Coordinate and manage pool events, including swim meets, parties, and other special events
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction
- Prepare reports on pool usage, revenue, and maintenance activities
- Collaborate with assistant managers to develop and implement strategies for improving pool operations
- Assist with shift management and ensure adequate staffing levels at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience in events management or hospitality is preferred
