We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pool Manager to oversee the operations of our pool facility. As the Pool Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. This is a leadership role that requires strong supervisory skills and a customer service-oriented mindset.
Duties:
- Manage daily operations of the pool facility, including opening and closing procedures
- Supervise staff members to ensure proper staffing levels and adherence to safety protocols
- Provide excellent customer service to all pool guests, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
- Handle cash transactions, including admission fees and concessions sales
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the pool area, including regular cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Enforce pool rules and regulations to ensure the safety of all guests
- Coordinate and schedule swimming lessons, water aerobics classes, and other pool activities
- Oversee inventory management for pool supplies, equipment, and concessions
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of pool safety regulations and lifeguarding practices
- Cash handling experience is preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
