We are currently seeking CNAs to join our expanding staff of caregivers at our skilled nursing facilities located throughout southern and central IL! You will support our residents and work hand-in-hand with our already wonderful teams of compassionate and enthusiastic caregivers.

If you love change and like to learn something new every day, then our Float Pool is for you! The Float Pool gives the opportunity to develop clinical assessment skills as well as sharpen skills in communication and teamwork. Healthcare workers, who are compassionate, hard-working, and flexible will find working in this unit very rewarding—work as little as once shift a month!

Your Job 

• Treat and care for residents and their property with dignity and respect
• Responsible for the planning, coordination, and assurance of quality care services to residents
• Provide nursing care within your scope of practice
• Possess reliable transportation and the ability to be on time to assigned shifts
• Work cooperatively with health care team members to maintain established standards of care
• Administer medication, change wound dressings and care for other treatment options
• Any other job duties, as assigned

• Currently licensed RN in the state of IL
• A professional team-player with a commitment to maintain a reliable shift history
