Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations
• Design strategy and set goals for growth
• Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
• Prepare regular reports
• Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
• Provide solutions to issues (e g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)
• Ensure employees work productively
• Responsible for hiring and developing employees to build a strong team-building culture

Requirements

• 2 years of restaurant management experience required
• Knowledge of business processes and functions

Pay

• Salary/hourly pay depending on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Shift:

• Day shift
• Night shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• restaurant management: 2 years (Required)
