This is a manager position. We are looking for high energy individuals who are outgoing, self motivated and highly responsible to work in our exciting, fast paced, friendly business. Responsibilities will include: hiring/firing, scheduling, deposits, pouring and learning about beer, cider, etc., filling growlers/crowlers, changing kegs, maintaining an orderly cooler, prepping and preparing food, busing tables, cleaning duties (we pride ourselves on a clean environment), and other miscellaneous tasks as required. Must be able to lift 50lbs. Must be familiar with uploading to Dropbox and Microsoft Office. Passion for the craft beer industry a plus. Prior Experience as a Barsita a plus. This job requires an OLCC Services Permit and an Oregon Food Handlers Permit. Person must be flexible to cover all shifts as needed.
Duties:
- Oversee and manage daily operations
- Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction by maintaining excellent standards of food preparation and presentation.
- Work the floor: pour beer, help customers, cook, etc.
- Manage inventory and ordering of food and beverages to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Hire, Train, and supervise staff and fire staff as needed
- Collaborate with local businesses and the community
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a managerial role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food handling and service.
