Responsible for managing, evaluating, and monitoring key or complex investment portfolios comprised of bonds, securities, and equity funds in a banking environment. Being a Portfolio Manager monitors daily investment activities to be aware of market changes. Considers legal and tax impact of investment decisions. In addition, Portfolio Manager may manage a team of portfolio manages. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. Requires Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level 1. Being a Portfolio Manager gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.     As a Portfolio Community Association Manger, you'll be responsible functions to manage, direct and provide leadership to multiple assigned properties/book of business. Ensure properties are maintained and operated in accordance with company objectives and facilitate solutions to problems between communities and internal support staff, guided by precedent and working within the

    limits of established policies.

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Provide management and leadership to assigned properties and book of business.
    • Collaborate with Regional Director to develop goals and communicate established goals.
    • Ensure the goals and needs of the properties, company and its customers are consistently met.
    • Manage the functions of a team within portfolio properties while maintaining standards of excellence for processes, methods and personnel.
    • Manage the process improvement and quality control of the properties and ensure quality resident service is delivere
    • Assign schedules and review the work of portfolio staff in accordance with contracted portfolio hours.
    • Ensure deadlines are met in a timely manner and prioritize and delegate workload as necessary on multiple levels.
    • Align resources to work assignments and processes to meet business requirements and contract requirements.
    • Provide leadership and direction and assist in the investigation and resolution of internal and external problems and concerns.
    • Maintain knowledge and understanding of the contracts between the associations and FirstService Residential. Ensure all contractual obligations are being met based on book of business.
    • Create, maintain and upload a wide variety of information in FSRConnect including but not limited to work orders, signed meeting minutes and Monthly Management Report for the entire book of business. Fulfill all company Connect compliance expectations throughout the year.
    • Other duties as required.

    Skills & Qualifications:

    • 3 years of experience in property Operations, Hospitality, or construction
    • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
    • Must be Certified and Licensed by the State of Florida for Community Association Management (CAM)
    • Critical thinking, problem solving, judgement and decision-making abilities are necessary.
    • Proficiency in computer programs like Microsoft Office, Outlook and Windows required.
    • Excellent organization, motivation, leadership, management, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work with sensitive and/or confidential information.
    • Knowledge and ability to apply Florida Statutes and Community documents.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Ability to lift up to 50lbs following appropriate safety procedures.
    • Must be able to stand, sit, walk, and occasionally climb.
    • Ability to respond to emergencies in a timely manner.
    • Ability to work in different environmental working conditions (wind, heat, cold, rain, etc.).

    Supervisory Responsibilities

    • Dependent on the needs of the property
    • Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm

    Compensation: $60-65K Annually
