    We are looking for Senior Specialist Portfolio- & Product Management (all genders) for our team!
     
    Job Purpose:
     
    In this role, you are responsible for implementing the portfolio management with its tools in the company. Consistently identifying and analyzing the markets (EU & worldwide) for our automotive and ESS portfolio. You will interact with an international team and report to the top management.
     
    Job Requirements:
    • Establish a portfolio and product management function and tools, initially focused on the EU market and then globally
    • Identification and integration of required features into the company system
    • Ownership of our automotive and ESS portfolio, including the definition of go-to-market, launch, and optimization strategies
    • Analyze wholesale market, identify market needs and technology trends for new product releases
    • Engage and collaborate with internal stakeholders such as the sales and product development teams to define product requirements
    • Support sales and NBO team to further improve product development and marketing-specific documentation
    • Manage product segment (ensure profitability & competitiveness) and monitor market performance as well as tool-specific implementation
    • Support the development of the product/technology roadmap
    • Understand and continuously monitor the policy and market requirements according to regional regulations/standards for Automotive and ESS
    • Provide monthly analysis reports and strategy proposals with actions to top management
    • Scope management requirements and deliver the right input and message for decision making
    Education & Experience:
    • Technical degree Bachelor / Master, MBA preferred
    • 8 years of automotive experience
    • 5 years at Tier 1 or similar supplier with significant portfolio/program management experience, with at least one major program completed (from start to finish)
    • Managing global teams in a matrix environment
    • Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
    • Engineering experience desired: ECU development / hybrid electric vehicles / alternative energy/batteries
    • It is a plus to have worked with major European OEMs as a 1st tier supplier
    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
    • Excellent English skills
    • Good German skills are a plus
    • MSOffice, MS Project
    • APQP / ISO/TS 16949
    • PMP or other PM certification is a plus
