Responsible for managing, evaluating, and monitoring key or complex investment portfolios comprised of bonds, securities, and equity funds in a banking environment. Being a Portfolio Manager monitors daily investment activities to be aware of market changes. Considers legal and tax impact of investment decisions. In addition, Portfolio Manager may manage a team of portfolio manages. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. Requires Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level 1. Being a Portfolio Manager gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated IT Portfolio and Project Manager to lead the development, implementation, and delivery of a diverse portfolio of IT projects. You will play a pivotal role in aligning IT initiatives with strategic business objectives, ensuring efficient resource allocation, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Critical success factors include Supply Chain Industry and E-Commerce background, strong leadership skills and the ability to deliver results.What you’ll do- Develop and maintain the IT project portfolio, including clear alignment with business goals and strategic objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including IT, business units, and senior leadership
- Communicate project progress, risks, and decisions effectively and transparently to stakeholders
- Facilitate collaboration and decision-making among diverse stakeholders
- Conduct portfolio analysis to identify dependencies, potential risks, and opportunities for optimization
- Provide direction and documentation for business requirements, project scope and ongoing project optimization
- Direct and manage IT projects according to scope, schedule, quality and budget parameters. Resolve issues promptly. Identify risks and drive mitigation strategies and activities
- Monitor portfolio performance against key metrics and adjust as needed
- Demonstrate value project/service delivery to business stakeholders
- Mentor and coach peers and staff to enhance their program/project management competencies
What you’ll need to be successful- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or related field
- 5 years' experience in an IT Portfolio Management role
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver IT initiatives
- Excellent relationship building and communication competencies with both business and technical groups
- Strategic thinker with analytical, problem solving and decision-making abilities
- Supply Chain Experience is critical to understand business use cases and proper alignment with requirements
