The Portfolio Manager reviews the customer's goals and develops investment strategies that will attain and support those objectives with acceptable risk. Responsible for managing, evaluating, and monitoring key or complex investment portfolios comprised of bonds, securities, and equity funds in a banking environment. Being a Portfolio Manager monitors daily investment activities to be aware of market changes. Considers legal and tax impact of investment decisions. In addition, Portfolio Manager may manage a team of portfolio manages. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. Requires Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level 1. Being a Portfolio Manager gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.     Position Overview

    The primary responsibility of the Location Manager is the day-to-day management of an assigned location. The Location Manager will focus on leadership development, service quality, development of a service and sales culture, and execution to brand standards all leading to annual revenue and profitability growth of their location. A successful Location Manager will drive consistent growth in metrics, low employee turnover, operational compliance, and a bench of leaders within their location.

    Requirements


    • A proven ability to lead, coach, and develop location team(s) that support and execute on a sales and service culture
    • A proven ability to identify, develop, and promote leaders within a location
    • A proven ability to build authentic relationships based on mutual accountability, authenticity, and excellence that aims towards achieving service and financial goals
    • Comprehensive understanding of Profit & Loss statements
    • Experience in a leadership role (Spa/Sale management preferred)
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
    • Strong analytical, communication and people skills
    Essential Functions
    • Understand, believe in, and uphold PCRK Group and Massage Envy’s Mission, Vision, and Values
    • Develop a thorough understanding of Massage Envy services and products
    • Promotes and implements new products, services, and initiatives
    • Ensure progressive growth of active member base, membership dues, service volume, enhancements, skincare, retail, and guest count growth through training, focus, and coaching. Implement business tactics that effectively address declining areas of the business.
    • Monitor staffing levels across all departments and locations to ensure all positions are staffed appropriately
    • Coach, develop, and retrain under performers in sales and service expectations
    • Ensure location is current on all licensure, training, and documentation in accordance with state/federal/franchisor/company regulations
    • Participate in company calls
    • Participates in location visits and performance reviews, as defined by the organization, and as needed to drive successful results
    • Continuously develop team on soft skills, business acumen, and understanding of key metrics to strive for professional development and performance improvement
    • Facilitates the resolution of customer service issues with locations while successfully identifying and addressing systemic opportunities throughout the organization
    • Responsible for payroll entry and inventory management and reviewing payroll, inventory, and applicable reports to audit for errors and address profitability related opportunities
