OVERVIEW

Genovac Antibody Discovery LLC is seeking a Scientist to join our DNA sequencing team. This individual is a
talented, detail-orientated, and results-driven scientist who has experience in the fields of molecular cloning
and DNA sequencing using Sanger and NGS technologies. Additionally, the DNA Sequencing Scientist has a good
understanding of the antibody discovery workflow, particularly the steps where DNA sequencing is utilized.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Clone antibody heavy and light chain variable regions from hybridoma and single B cells in

• Use Sanger and Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) platforms to sequence antibody heavy and light

• Execute antibody repertoire sequencing campaigns, including library preparation and data analysis
• Document experimental design and results in real-time according to site Standard Operating

PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Associate degree in a relevant field with 4 years of industry experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 2 years of industry experience
• Master’s degree in a relevant field with industry experience

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Hands-on experience in Sanger sequencing, including sample preparation and data analysis
• Hands-on experience in NGS for antibody discovery, including library preparation and data analysis
• Hands-on experience with sequence analysis software, such as Geneious Biologics or ENPICOM’s
