This is a full-time, exempt position working a hybrid schedule at Montage’s McLean, VA and Rockville, MD offices, and the employee’s home office. The anticipated annual salary for this position is $95,000 – $105,000.

The Director of Marketing will oversee Montage's marketing department and its personnel. In this role, the Director will be responsible for the development of marketing strategy based on market intelligence, marketing concepts, content, campaigns, and marketing tools and channels related to both agency and client work.
