Monarch Roofing is seeking a Marketing Director to join the team!

This is a senior-level position at our Myrtle Beach office with the number one goal of lead generation. You will lead and oversee the company's marketing efforts from creative to opertations. This include developing year-long strategic plans, creating and executing campaigns, tracking KPIs and ROI of lead sources, leading the marketing team, managing budgets, and leading projects.

We are looking for a self-starter who is passionate about building for future growth.

Requirements:

• 5 years of marketing experience (Strongly preferred)
• Experience leading marketing teams.
• Experience designing marketing campaigns for lead generation and sales targets.
• Metrics and KPI driven.
• Comfortable managing marketing projects and timelines and handling quantitative data to assess marketing effectiveness
• Ability to execute marketing strategies, running multiple projects
• Comfortable with public speaking
• Action-oriented mentality and entrepreneurial skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, preferably in communications or marketing, advanced degree a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
