Ben M. Muller Realty Company is a commercial real estate brokerage and development company seeking to fill a Marketing/Research position. Candidates will be capable of maintaining a pleasant demeanor in all interactions, high levels of organization and creativity, and be proactive in completing tasks. This position will be responsible for supporting the sales department as well as the marketing needs of the company as a whole.
Core responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Create flyers and other marketing materials for properties
· Maintain and update company website as needed
· Maintain social media accounts
· Research of property information, including but not limited to demographics, municipal codes, owner/tenant contact information, and market trends
· General corporate marketing campaigns
· Execute property listings on various online platforms and track results and leads
· General sales support, including but not limited to arranging tours and creating tour lists and associated materials
· Design and order property banners and real estate signs
· Design various print materials
· Assist in small corporate events as needed
· Develop and maintain tenant relations and communicate feedback to Management
Required Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent job experience
