Position: Director of Marketing
Responsibilities- Demand Generation: Develop and implement strategies focused on the top of the sales funnel to generate interest and demand for our products.
- Sales Collateral and Educational Content: Create impactful sales collateral, white papers, and case studies to attract and educate potential clients.
- Brand Messaging Alignment: Ensure consistent, compelling brand messaging across all platforms to effectively capture the target audience's attention.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Campaigns: Execute targeted ABM campaigns to engage and convert key accounts.
- Digital Platform Engagement: Oversee the company's blog, social media, and email lists to nurture leads and build a strong online presence.
- Product Launches: Lead the marketing efforts for new product introductions, focusing on creating buzz and demand.
- Brand Building and Awareness: Establish and enhance the BS&A Software brand, focusing on the early stages of customer engagement.
- Analytics and Reporting: Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and report on the effectiveness of top-of-the-funnel activities.
Qualifications:- A minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, with a strong emphasis on demand generation and top-of-the-funnel activities.
- Experience in developing and implementing effective demand generation strategies.
- Skilled in creating high-quality marketing materials, including white papers, case studies, and sales collateral.
- Proficient in managing digital marketing platforms and social media.
- Ability to craft and align brand messaging for maximum impact.
- Analytical mindset, with a focus on utilizing data to drive marketing decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, adept at engaging and persuading a diverse audience.
- Creative and strategic thinker, capable of identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities.
- Experience in launching new products and creating market excitement.
