The Role: Marketing Account Director

As the bridge between our clients and our internal fulfillment team, you'll orchestrate a symphony of creativity! Your responsibilities include calling out work to our experts in copywriting, graphic design, digital marketing, and more, all while ensuring the seamless delivery of exceptional results for our clients.

What We're Looking For:

• Passion for Excellence: You're driven to deliver outstanding results for your clients.
• Experience Matters: A minimum of 3 years in B2B Agency Account Management is a must, healthcare relative is a plus.
• Team Maestro: Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams for various marketing projects.
• Multitasking Guru: Juggling multiple clients, projects, deadlines, and priorities is second nature.
• Client Whisperer: Comfortable working with clients at all levels, including senior management.
• Speed Enthusiast: Thrives in a fast-paced environment, making quick decisions without sacrificing quality.
• Project Jedi: Proven ability to gather crucial intel and craft project briefs to present to internal teams.
• Initiative Instigator: Takes initiative and proactively tackles challenges and seizes opportunities.
• Creative Maestro: Can you navigate the creative and strategic process, create content, ride the web development wave, conquer social media landscapes, weave magic in email marketing, and lead the charge in online campaigns?
• Healthcare Affection: Experience with healthcare clients is a plus!
