POWER Engineers is seeking a Department Manager for the Marketing and Proposal Development Department in the Government Services Division.

Job Roles and Responsibilities

• This person will be responsible for overall department coordination as well as planning and execution of all proposal, marketing, business development, and PR activities
• Additional responsibilities include organizing and writing proposals, creating and updating collateral materials such as letters, qualifications packages, resumes, and project summaries, developing marketing materials, organizing trade shows, and tracking business development activities
• Candidate must have a strong interest in the federal market and have experience with federal marketing and proposal development
• Experience with SF 330 format is a plus. Must also have excellent writing/editing and verbal communication skills as well as standard office software skills
• Experience with RFPs, proposals, or grant writing is helpful. Must be able to work alone or in a team, be detail-oriented, and enjoy an extremely fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Database experience a plus

Required Education/Experience

• Bachelor’s degree with preference to majors in Marketing, Journalism, English, or Communications. This is not a sales position
