About the Job
As a growing PEO, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior professional responsible for creating and executing our strategic and tactical marketing playbook. This position will play a pivotal role in leveraging their expertise to expand our prospect base, focusing on the independent healthcare groups (Medical Practices, Dental Practices, ASCs, Diagnostic/Imaging Centers, etc.). You will report to, and work with Stitchs CEO. The position can be fully remote within the United States.
As our Director of Marketing, you are adept at market sizing, market segmentation, value proposition development, knowledge of the competitive landscape, positioning and driving client growth. These skills will guide the development of marketing materials throughout our commercialization process, including pre-sales support, sales empowerment, transaction assistance, pre-launch strategy, pricing input, and post-launch support for all identified products.
The ideal candidate is an effective collaborator and motivator with the ability to work cross functionally with other departments including client success, product/engineering, and sales to proactively identify marketing support needs. The individual will have a vested stake in the growth of and needs to be someone who will thrive in a self-directed, entrepreneurial environment.
What you'll do:

Develop and execute marketing strategies and associated messaging for Stitch PEO

Drive overall client acquisition and revenue growth across the entire customer lifecycle.

Identifies and experiments with new growth channels and strategies.

Analyzes data to optimize marketing campaigns and funnel performance.

Collaborates closely with product, sales, and other teams to ensure alignment.

Has a strong focus on A/B testing, data-driven decision making, and rapid iteration.

Define external / internal branding and initiatives
- Develop compelling presentation decks and ensure appropriate messaging for stakeholders inclusive of proof points and competitive differentiation.

Develop and maintain cross portfolio, integrated messaging; as well ensuring that messaging is curated, updated and reflects latest trends, drivers and developments across all of Stitch PEO

Work with cross-functional teams participating in go-to-market activities to ensure that targets are met, and key performance indicators and plans are being met. (e.g., awareness, consideration, trial and adoption).

Monitor, analyze and report on product marketing program performance and make recommendations to improve both the product offering itself, and adapt downstream marketing plans to potential product changes.

Organize and plan events such as trade shows, user group meetings, webinars etc.

Lead marketing collaboration with channel partner co-marketing initiatives. Establish relationships with key stakeholders within the organization, identify and direct opportunities to expand market reach through co-marketing efforts. Reflect requirements in overall strategy.

Develop and nurture client relationships, in particular within reference clients in order to publicize results in white papers, trade meetings, academic publications etc.

Support and Communicate to outside industry experts, key customers/prospects, and advocacy groups

Effectively represent the company in marketing and sales events (trade shows, seminars, presentations, demos, webinars, and other external opportunities).
What youll need:

Bachelors degree in a related discipline required; Masters degree preferred.
- At least 8 years of marketing management experience, encompassing agency and/or in-house roles. Experience selling to independent healthcare organizations working for a product-based company is highly preferred.

Profound knowledge of SEO, email marketing, inbound/content marketing, website management, lead generation, social and digital advertising principles, and digital-first content creation best practices.

Demonstrated track record in translating strategic direction into actionable plans and implementing new processes

Analytical in nature to help with analyzing campaign performance and sales forecasting.

Hands-on experience in creating and executing profitable and cost-effective marketing plans, conducting real-time optimizations, and providing associated reporting.

Proficient and experienced in all facets of marketing communications, including strategy, brand management, omni-channel media planning and buying, and the design and production of print/digital materials and publications, market research, and analytics.
- Intelligent, well-organized, and creative thinker with a solution-oriented mindset, strong quantitative and administrative skills, and meticulous attention to detail.

Full-time base salary range of $90,000 - $100,000 plus benefits and stock options.
