Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Marketing to join our team. As the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and generate leads. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in print advertising, content marketing, copywriting, and sales.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
- Oversee the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels
- Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and online advertising
- Create engaging content for marketing collateral, website, blog posts, and social media platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand identity
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to track effectiveness and make data-driven decisions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing

Skills:
- Proven experience in print advertising, marketing, content marketing, copywriting, and sales
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong knowledge of advertising principles and best practices
- Familiarity with HTML5 and web development platforms such as WordPress
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and online sales strategies
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey ideas and concepts
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions

Pay: $42,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
