Job Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and handle transactions accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with their purchases
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions
- Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Promote store products and services to customers
- Process returns and exchanges
- Assist with stocking shelves when needed

Skills:
- Proficiency in retail math for handling transactions
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of stock procedures to assist with inventory management
- Excellent phone etiquette for effective communication with customers
- Fluency in English for clear customer interactions
- Organizational skills to maintain a tidy work environment
- Experience in cash handling to process payments accurately
- Ability to conduct product demonstrations to showcase merchandise
- Skill in upselling to increase sales opportunities

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $10.50 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
