The primary purpose of this position is to assist in the processing of incoming and outgoing orders, and shipping of orders.

Duties Include

• Being able to answer a phone properly and professionally
• Processing incoming orders
• Maintaining Excel worksheets
• Maintaining an accurate filing system and inventory system
• Pulling and Packaging orders
• Shipping

Qualifications:

• Maintaining an accurate filing system and inventory system
• Good understanding of Excel
• Must be comfortable moving between multiple files
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Precision and Accuracy
• Reliable, motivated, and self-starter
• Basic Math knowledge
• Must have Excel Experience

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to reach over your head to pick up orders
• Must be able to lift and carry 15-20 lbs

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
