SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, the 1st Shift Supervisor for Electro-Mechanical Assembly of Battery Packs works as part of the team responsible for assembling an entire product or component of a product. The Supervisor may perform all tasks conducted by the team in the assembly process and will perform oversight of the assigned manufacturing cell for performance and quality measures. The Supervisor may participate in the decision making impacting the work. May have some oversight of Cable & Harness Assemblies as well.
