What You Bring and What You’ll Do

You will provide an engaging and energetic experience to our guests by serving great food and creating a warm and hospitable environment.

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.

Follow Plant Power operating policies and standards, including providing quality food and beverages, cash handling and restaurant safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Engage with and understand our guests, including discovering and responding to guest needs through clear and pleasant communication.

Have a blast serving great food to our guests while changing the world one burger at a time!

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to learn quickly, understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed, strong interpersonal skills, ability to work as part of a team and build relationships

Food Handlers permit, great attitude and willingness to provide our guests with great food and a great experience.

Pay and Benefits

• $17.50/hour plus tips(usually average about $6 more per hour)
