Power Scheduler develops and maintains daily, weekly and monthly schedules for power generation, storage, and wheeling. Monitors and coordinates generation and interchange according to contracts and pooling arrangements. Being a Power Scheduler schedules all power purchases and sales with other utilities. Maintains logs documenting all relevant operating information, problems and issues. Additionally, Power Scheduler requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Power Scheduler occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. **Must be legally able to work in the US**
(1)Education/ Certification requirement and relevant work experience .
(2)Computer literate, knowledgeable in accounting practices and be proficient in Window XP,
Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Power Point; Google Chrome and Internet
Explorer.
(3)Provides technical assistance to technical teams in implementing and maintaining the Primavera
Scheduling System.
(4)Must be able to manage Primavera Scheduling date input effectively to maintain its fidelity and
provide management a visual or graphical representation of the program trends and subsequent
analysis of inputted data.
(5)Must be able to manage a project schedule to include developing budgets utilizing and
automated project management system.
(6)Shall analyze project management report and provide recommendations on schedule or costs.
(7)People and Communication Skills - Ability work with various Government entities and people to
represent the interests of the government in a professional manner and ensure quality of work while
maintaining good relationships.
(8)Knowledge and experience of heavy infrastructure project construction
