We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Service Team Member, responsible for the following:

• Conducting on-site assessments at customer facilities to identify needs and devise tailored solutions.
• Developing a comprehensive understanding of various product lines' features and capabilities.
• Performing installations of battery and power systems encompassing a range of makes, models, and sizes.
• Undertaking maintenance tasks on existing systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Going above and beyond to surpass customer expectations.
• Occasional travel may be required as part of the role.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A strong sense of initiative and reliability.
• A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering effective solutions.
• Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Basic mechanical aptitude.
• Knowledge of electronics is advantageous but not essential.
• Previous experience in our industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in computer usage is beneficial.
