Power Scheduler develops and maintains daily, weekly and monthly schedules for power generation, storage, and wheeling. Monitors and coordinates generation and interchange according to contracts and pooling arrangements. Being a Power Scheduler schedules all power purchases and sales with other utilities. Maintains logs documenting all relevant operating information, problems and issues. Additionally, Power Scheduler requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Power Scheduler occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     POWER’s mission is to help women reclaim their lives from the disease of addiction to alcohol and other drugs, and to reduce the incidence of addiction in future generations.   We are an agency committed to providing quality gender-responsive, trauma-informed treatment and recovery support services to women with substance use and co-occurring disorders. 

    The PRN/On-Call Nurse will provide trauma-informed care in our Detox/rehab program, with an emphasis towards compassion and dignity, for our clients.  The PRN staff works when called, to fill in for an absent colleague or to cover a special situation. They are on-call to provide care when a nurse calls out, goes on leave, or Restore is understaffed.  The PRN/On-Call staff will be required to work at least 4 8 or 12 hour shifts a month in order to remain in the active pool.  PRN/On-Call staff must be given at least 3 hours advance notice of an open shift if they are called upon to work, however PRN/On-Call staff may only decline 4 shifts a month if called upon.

    Our PRN rate is $50/hour!  

    Duties include: assisting doctor with physicals, medication administration, and assessing clients in withdrawal management unit. PRN/On-Call nursing staff will also collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure clients are meeting their individualized treatment goals and needs.  

    Requirements: 

    • Current RN/LPN license.
