Schedule: Monday - Friday

12:00PM to 8:30PM

Deliverables:

• Provides expediting services between Internal Operations and Production/Shipping/Warehouse Operations 
• Ensures that all Same Day requests are prioritized and pushed through the system
• Handles Order updates needing a traveler change
• Ensures other Order status updates are followed up upon
• Helps Internal Operations with Product Decorating questions
• Reviews Item proofs
• Expedites and follows up on all Urgent Customer Requests
• Locates and understands all pertinent information on contracts, including order number, production and ship dates, shipping method, etc.
• Ensures timely communication with customers when orders do not ship as requested
• Has a good understanding of the flow of work from Internal Operations to Production floor, and to Packing and Shipping
• Communicates all information required by Supervisors and others to assure job quality and on-time delivery of goods to customers
• In addition to the above duties and responsibilities, the employee may be called upon by supervisors or management to work in other areas if necessary
• Performs other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Experience, and Personal Attributes:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to multiple tasks
• Highly skilled in organization, prioritization and great attention to detail
• Must be able to work well independently or with others
• Must possess a Customer Service Spirit mentality and follow up skills
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Ability to positively interact with various departments within the organization
• Bi-lingual skills (preferred)
• Computer proficient
• Knowledge of Syteline (preferred)
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle or feel. The employee occasionally is required to reach with hands and arms and may be required to lift up to 20 pounds, including the use of pallets and dollies available.
