Power Scheduler develops and maintains daily, weekly and monthly schedules for power generation, storage, and wheeling. Monitors and coordinates generation and interchange according to contracts and pooling arrangements. Being a Power Scheduler schedules all power purchases and sales with other utilities. Maintains logs documenting all relevant operating information, problems and issues. Additionally, Power Scheduler requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Power Scheduler occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. The Scheduler position provides coordination and oversight to all New Home jobs schedules and Trade Partnerships. The successful candidate will use strong communication and organization skills to efficiently schedule and maintain a growing Trade Partner base. This will include scheduling every home, providing Trade Partners with the forecast of their upcoming work, and expanding the Trade Partner base to ensure there are sufficient Trade Partners to meet the demand.
