Aussie Pet Mobile Puget Sound is a fast growing mobile pet grooming service. Our clients are the best! Our schedulers will get to interact with them by answering phones, emails, texts and chats.

Schedulers assist groomers throughout the day by updating appointment information, confirming pricing, and notifying clients of arrival time.

Our processes are well documented and we provide extensive training.

Must Have Characteristics :

• Must be able to deescalate and turn conversation into positive booking.
• Be able to multi-task, taking calls, sending texts and rebooking's, while monitoring groomer chats.
• Friendly, positive, empathic phone voice! You make our clients feel like part of the family!
• LOVE processes, organization, checklists and solving puzzles! Our schedule is one big Tetris game and it never ends!
• Self-motivated and works well with a team! Though you work from home, we use technology to keep us connected and working towards the same goal - to be successful!
• Reliable and focused! Clients, groomers and most of all the other schedulers need you to show up for your shift and be 100% focused on work!

Responsibilities :

• Respond to all forms of client inquiries - phone, email, text, chat
• Fill the groomer schedules - schedule appointments, fill openings, route efficiently
• Assist groomers daily with client schedule requests, pricing, arrival information
• Complete daily and weekly tasks assigned to you and assist other team members
• Speak knowledgeably and professionally about our services and pricing

Full Time, 4 day -10hr shifts preferred, same weekly schedule between Monday thru Saturday,

Must live in Washington State
