We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Power Washing Technician to join our team.

Sharp Stream washes building exteriors for both residential and commercial clients. Responsibilities:

- Operate power washing equipment to clean multiple types of exterior surfaces

- Drive company vehicles to and from client sites

- Work well in a small team

- Maintain clean and safe working environment

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in power washing work is preferred but not required

- Reliability and always being on-time are a must

- Reliable transportation, a valid Driver's License, and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Good communication skills to interact with team members and clients

- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for up to 8 hours per day

- Ability to frequently lift and move 20-50 lbs. and occasionally lift and move up to 100 lbs

- Ability to climb ladders and work comfortably on the exterior of the 2nd and occasionally 3rd stories of buildings

Job Type: Seasonal

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
