Rural Psychiatry Associates is currently recruiting a Centralized Scheduler to join our team in our Grand Forks office.

The Centralized Scheduler will be responsible for a number of clerical tasks including, but not limited to the following:

• Utilize a multi-phone line system to answer incoming phone calls and direct calls to appropriate staff or department;
• Make appointment reminder calls and reschedule appointments as needed;
• Utilize internal email and voicemail in order to relay messages to appropriate staff;
• Greet patients, visitors, vendors, mail carriers, delivery personnel, etc. in a prompt, friendly manner;
• Inquire about customer's needs, provide information and guidance as needed, and direct concerns appropriately;
• Distribute patient satisfaction surveys to patients;
• Distribute employment applications to prospective applicants;
• Schedule appointments for patients and vendors using AdvancedMD database;
• Print daily schedules and fee sheets;
• Create and revise print materials (policies, forms, materials, etc.) as needed;
• Compose letters and email from dictated messages as requested;
• Complete mass mailings;
• Prepare and distribute reports as requested
• Contact various vendors/merchants as requested for business needs;
• Assists with the coordination of the clinic's provider schedule;
• All other related duties as assigned.

The Centralized Scheduler must be proficient with the use of computers and various office equipment.

Candidate must be a high school graduate or the equivalent;

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
