• Agriculture, commercial landscaping, and construction equipment sale
• Ensure professional and timely greeting to all customers
• Maintain a professional team appearance, adhering to the dealership code
• Acquire and maintain advanced product knowledge of all units sold at the dealership and of direct competitors
• Focus on learning the product: features, functions, and benefits to the customer as compared to competing units
• Complete all paperwork required for negotiating a vehicle purchase
• Complete a sale through to delivery ensuring customers introduced to the parts & service department personnel
• Understand basic financial calculations
• Communicate payments and financial information effectively to customers
• Accurately gain and log customer lead data
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
• Maintain a clean and orderly showroom and work area
• Ensure all vehicles are presentable and tagged properly for sale
• He/She will utilize training and live situations to learn, improve, and hone the skills needed to be an effective sales person within the dealership.
• Salesman must understand that everything done in the department is done to create sales while providing a positive customer experience. Every action, attitude, display, product, and service in the dealership is solely for this purpose.

Qualifications:

• Must have outgoing, friendly personality and superior communication & customer service skills
• Prior experience working in an automotive or powersports sales
• Prior experience or education in vehicle finance
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with common dealership software or demonstrate the ability and desire to learn
• Good organizational ability
• Strong attention to detail
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• High ethical standards
• Requirements:
• Ability to work well with others
• The drive to succeed in a fast paced, high volume, environment
• Excellent customer service and phone skills
• Be able to use a computer proficiently, including MS Office
• Have a great attitude and willingness to learn and teach others
• Have unmatched enthusiasm for powersports products
• Experience in the automotive or motorcycle industry strongly preferred

People working within the powersports retail industry often have to work extended hours, evenings and weekends to achieve their goals. Additional Compensation:

Pay: $39,565.64 - $47,648.95 per year
