Maintains logs documenting all relevant operating information, problems and issues. Additionally, Power Scheduler Sr. requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Power Scheduler Sr. work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. River Valley Power Sport and Marine is looking to add an additional member to the Rochester Powersports Sales Department who has minimum 2 years of sales experience, energetic, has an out-going personality to fit our culture of selling FUN outdoor on-road/offroad powersports product. We have all the top brands under one roof.

We are a dealer for the best manufacturers in the industry: Can-Am, Honda, Polaris, Ryker, Ski-doo, Slingshot, Spyder, Suzuki, and Yamaha.
Responsibilities:
· Sell exciting powersports product while listening to what the customer wants and needs!
· To assist all customers with a positive attitude and smile with regards to their specific needs and requests utilizing the dealerships sales process
· Responsible for creating and maintaining a pleasant buying environment for the customer at all times
· Follow up with all sold customers in a timely manner and on occasion post-sale
· Continually review and refine product knowledge of vehicles that we sell (and also understand the differences of vehicles that our competitors sell or brands that we do not currently carry)
· Keep space neat and orderly (including showroom maintenance; new and used product cleanliness)
· Utilize the technology systems that the company provides (ie: CRM, sharepoint, LightspeedEVO, Kenect, Cady phone, Bamboo HR)
· Providing marketing content to the Marketing Department as needed
· Follow dealership dress codes and be well groomed at all times
· Passion to grow and prospect the powersports business
· Always communicating in a professional, respectable manner
· Attend all sales meetings and report to work as required by the General Manager
· Maintaining and utilizing all sources of selling platforms (craiglist, ebay, website, facebook market place, etc)
· Understand that customer flow dictates closing times, and that there will often be times when employees will be required to stay at the dealership later than the dealership’s posted closing time
Related industries highly encouraged to apply include agriculture, lawn and garden, automotive, small engine, motorcycle, RV and Campers.
Schedule: M-F 8:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. and Saturdays 8:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. (rotating, with day off during week)
Units per month: Expectation of selling 20-30 units
Compensation: Average sales professional = $75,000 (top sellers upwards of $120K) consists of base wage commission
