Description

Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities within an assigned geographic territory. Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base and uncover high value opportunities in your territory that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability. Utilize passion for fluid power technology, exceptional communication skills, and a desire to grow both personally and professionally.

Responsibilities:

• Increase sales and profitably within assigned territory by offering a "consultative" approach to every Customer.
• Identify, initiate and bring to fruition high value, high margin opportunities within assigned account base.
• Maintain a consistent call schedule for all assigned customers.
• Follow up on sales leads within assigned territory and provide information to bring them to close status.
• Create and maintain customer data within the Depatie CRM system (NetSuite).
• Create and conduct proposal presentations, RFQ responses and training sessions for assigned customers.
• Work regularly with manufacturers' representatives, DFP product specialists and DFP Sales Management to gain more product knowledge and better understanding of our Products & Services
• Promote, establish and maintain bin programs with all applicable accounts.
• Manage opportunity funnel for customers within assigned geographical territory.
• Forecast sales/goal potential for all customers assigned in your territory annually.
• Collaborate with territory representative(s) with account responsibilities at a list of pre-determined customers. 
• Actively pursue personal and professional development. 
• Willingness to travel to various locations and attend/participate in training sessions, including overnights.
• Other duties as assigned by Depatie.

Recommended: Technical knowledge/experience of 1-3 years preferably with Hydraulics/Pneumatics/Electronics.
