This hybrid role is designed to offer the flexibility of remote work, combined with scheduled time in our Columbia Station office, allowing for effective collaboration and hands-on engagement with our team.

Job Type:

• Full-time, hybrid (remote and in-office)
• Monday to Friday schedule

Key Responsibilities:

• Begin with an in-depth training period alongside our production crews to fully grasp the business operations.
• Manage incoming calls, customer inquiries, and respond promptly to client needs.
• Assist in the quotation process, preparation of work orders, and dispatch scheduling.
• Oversee daily office tasks including bookkeeping, inventory management, and general administrative duties.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
